Settings — every source that can put a receipt in your archive, in one ledger.

Receipt sources

The Receipt sources section lists everything that feeds your archive, with live status:

  • Connected inboxes — each Gmail or IMAP connection shows how many receipts it has imported, its current status (scanning, up to date, paused, reconnect required…), and a menu with Scan now, Edit folders (IMAP), and Disconnect.
  • Forwarding address — your personal …@ingest.rct-keep.com address with a one-click copy chip. Treat it like a password: anyone who knows it can add receipts to your account. Regenerate it from the Security section if it leaks (existing forwarding rules must then be updated).
  • Manual upload — always available; the row links straight to the Upload page.

Below the ledger, the Connect another inbox rail starts a new connection: Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Fastmail, or Other IMAP. See Connect your Gmail inbox and Connect an IMAP mailbox.

Inbox scanning and forwarded-email processing require an active subscription — paused sources show why and link to Billing.

Usage

A snapshot of your processing week: receipts processed over the rolling 7 days, a per-day strip, your plan and renewal date, and — when your account has a weekly quota — how much of it is used. Processing paces itself at 60 receipts/hour (180/hour during a first inbox import), so large imports drain steadily rather than all at once.

Security

  • Password — change it under Change password; at least 8 characters, and changing it signs out your other sessions.
  • Forwarding address — the Regenerate button issues a new ingest address and invalidates the old one. Update any forwarding rules afterwards.
  • Sign-in email — contact support to change it.

Export everything

Your files are always yours. Download export builds a zip containing:

  • receipts.csv — every receipt including trash: date, vendor, total, GST/VAT, currency, tax year, category, status, source, notes, and more.
  • items.csv — every line item with quantity, prices, category, and tags.
  • originals/ — every original file, named by date, vendor, and receipt ID.

Exports are rate-limited to a few per hour. For a tax-year-only spreadsheet, use the Summary CSV export instead.

Delete your account

Account deletion has a 30-day grace period:

  1. In the Security section, open Delete account…, confirm with your password, and click Schedule deletion.
  2. A notice appears at the top of Settings with the purge date. Everything keeps working during the grace period.
  3. Changed your mind? Click Cancel deletion any time in those 30 days.
After the grace period your account, receipts, and original files are purged permanently. Download an export first if you want to keep your records.
